I play World of Warcraft on the Silverhand server

If anyone plays, and wants to play together sometime, let me know.

I loved WoW for awhile, played a number of handles to 40 and then stopped after getting a mount. I tend to go back to WoW every few months from time to time.

Alas right now I'm enjoying the heck out of Everquest 2 and all the different races and classes I could be. If WoW brought in a monk/bruser class where I can beat the hell out of things with my fists and martial arts i'd be sold on WoW again.

A monk class would be cool, agreed.

I like being a druid though. A lvl 10 druid. >.>

WoW annoys me because you work sooo hard for sooo long on a character.. Then you find ot your friends are on a different server! D:< And can you transfer your character between servers? oh noooo, you have to stat all over! ><

Pj covers my WoW expenses though, and he did once for Frossmint since he switched servers himself.

Yeah, I paid to transfer my rogue to a new account so I didn't have to share it anymore. And that's pretty much the first and last move it'll ever make.

By the way, never take one of those free server transfers from a full server to a new one. Unless of course, you LIKE paying to get it back on the original server 3 months later.

Same, Frossmint is just that special. The only reason I moved her was my bf decided that Silverhand was a bad server(personally, I liked it better then Feathermoon), so we both moved to play together.

What's wrong with new servers?

There's a difference between a new server, and a free transfer to a new server. When the free transfer happens, the server either:
1. Become heavily unbalanced to one faction.
2. They get a bunch of horrid players.
3. Only a few hundred people transfer and the server is empty.

And these servers are on lockdown to new players for 60 days following the free transfer, so the situation only gets worse. Fortunately, they haven't done these free transfers in a long time.

Every person in my guild that transferred in the last free server transfer all paid to come back as soon as possible, and I know that a LOT of other people did too.

On my 15 hunter, I took a 22 elite aligator, and nearly beat the critter. Got it to one hitpoint. >.< And then I ran into a bear.

Back in the day I was killed at level 60 by a level 50 hunter. Now things are a bit more balanced, but hunters can still kill stuff a few levels above them with no problem.

Thanks to having their own personal tank. I'm suprised how much damage pets can soak up.

I like being a hunter, except I dislike not having healing as an option.

I am a hopeless WoWhead...I have a 70 Druid and a (soon to be 70) Paladin on alliance-side Shadowmoon...

Let it be known that I have pretty much kicked the WoW bug.

Though I might relapse a bit when WotLK comes out. If it comes out.

I've been off-and-on about WoW but I think I'm staying on the train this time. 70 Gnome Mage [Full Frost] that's topping out damage on Karazhan and a 56 Gnome Rogue [Mutilate/Combat] that I'm hoping to top off also. Sitting in the ranged group and hitting 3 and cooldowns gets a little repetitive, even if it's also a DPS class.
I also have a lowbie NElf Priest that I'm leveling up through Holy. I'm glad it's actually viable to level that way instead of defaulting to Shadow and having one more person to roll on DPS-caster gear.
I'm also happy to get 3 epic drops my first full Karazhan run and being there to help drop Nightwing. :D Prince will be ours soon! /shakes_fist

If you're killing Nightbane, Prince should be pretty much a joke. We had Prince down for a month before we could survive the 10-minute+ Nightbane fight.

Ally on Dethecus Horde on Kel'Thuzad and Coilfang. Addiction still kicking. At 52 with my Ally now.

Prince is giving us trouble due to infernal placement and his mega-combos killing our tank in 1.1sec while he's at full during stage 3. We'll see how it goes Monday night...

Make absolutely certain that any melee are always standing behind Prince. All mobs get a 40% time reduction for their current mainhand swing for every parry, so it's vital that the only person that can get parried is the tank. Yeah, this means a bad melee dps'er can literally kill the tank.

As for infernal placement, there's two safe spots that you can stand in at the edge of the room. It won't protect the melee characters forever (they can be penned in and shadow nova'd), but the ranged dps should be pretty much invincible except for the flying axes at Phase 3.

I think I'm going to change my charater to male because an idiot on the server kept asking me to be his girlfriend and I simply told him no. I'm not gay, I just hate getting hit on, especially by idiots.

Lol. People are usually surprised to find out I'm a girl. I've only been hit on a few times, but a lot of people assume I'm male. It makes me giggle. Some look down on me when they find out I'm female, and that irritates me. We got into an argument in SW about Female players one day. 56 now. I should probably buy Burning Crusade..

Just spazzed out this weekend for finally completing the accursed Thunderfury after doing MC for fun. 70 Rogue on Terenas, used to be a very hardcore guild in Naxx before BC hit, then we went casual. Some SSC, some TK is what we're working on now.

The guild I'm running with in WoW has been running Kara now for the last few weeks and it's been a fun event. We are not a huge guild with about enough members on for Kara every week but now we are getting up to fighting the prince and our first few attempts were great and ended with us getting him down to 1 percent before we died.

Right now I'm a level 70 Undead Warrior that's in the Arms/Fury spec. I don't play as much as I used to ATM but I still make it to raid nights.
