Title: Hatt Patterns?

I've been looking around for a while now, and i still cant find any Anime Hat Patterns. You know, the ones with the ears and whatnot? Eh i dont know, if anyone has one they are willing to share, i would really appreciate it. I can make them (hopefully) on my own, but a pattern would make things so much easier.

I don't think it would be terribly hard to do. If you own one of those fleece anime hats, you should just look at the way it's made and go off of it for your own design. If not, try looking on Deviantart. They have a lot of crafts and patterns with tuturials and everything on there.

the hats ar emade of triangles (4) with an open slot at the top for the ears to be sewed in, and then you take a ban of fabric and wrap it around the bottom to give it a more finished look.

if you buy one of them and flip it inside out its easy to tell how its done.

The basic pattern is a beanie-type hat, like this: http://www.4ormore.co.uk/projects/fleecehats.htm

Most hat makers come up with their own pattern for the ears themselves, but in almost every case I've seen, the ears are sewn into the seams between the triangular sections of the hat.

And you can add eyes or symbols either by cutting and pasting more fabric, or embroidery.
