I'm here to report on the beef stew and how it ended.

We drove back to my house (1.5ish hr drive) Unloaded equipment and started cleaning. Well, letting everything sit overnight made the pans feel like we were scrubbing rock. So we let them soak. An hour later after some anime and showers we came back and cleaned them up and moved out to lookk over the car one more time. We saw the beef stew, opened the beef stew, then immediately put the lid back on and backed off. It smelled like roadkill being repeatedely rammed into your nostrils. After a quick talk we evacuated the contents of the pot to a seldom used service road behind a cemetery. However, the smell persisted throughout the car despite having all windows and sun roof open. Needless to say the adventure ended with me and Nathan driving back and leaning as far out the windows as possible.

What's weird is that these didn't come from Fieldcon where I was outside for most all of it - but before and after, where I had been outside briefly and assaulted.

My best post-con comment is that I had to take 2 showers to get all of the bukkake out of my hair @_@

And of course, my awesome tan-lines from my fishnet tights are still there and they're made of total win.

I did get two of the people I work with to promise that if it turns out to be illegal to chop down a tree and push it over a cliff, I was with them last Saturday.

hello, this is wesley, i would like to thank who ever was kind enough to throw a sleeping bag over my head when i passed out by the fire. i woke up and had to leave at 7 the next morning, so i was no able to thank you. i would also like to thank the person that decided to conquer the "mech". the look the tourist had on their faces when we came charging....priceless.

After con moment? Sleeping, I didn't sleep at all on Saturday night, and I couldn't sleep with Chuck driving because he was tired and I was there to make sure he didn't sleep.

I got to sleep on the way home, and I was out the whole damn time.

After the con? I managed to hit two out of the four deer that decided to run out in the road on my way back. My breaks proceeded to lock up, and I slid into the beginning of a guard rail. Completely stove in the front end of my car, though it still ran, amazingly enough.

I originally left around 1:30am, since I had work at 9 on Sunday morning.. after all the BS with the police and getting a tow truck out there, and the AAA lady telling the guy my car was in the wrong spot, I ended up getting back around 7:30am.

Needless to say, I didn't get to work. I just sort of got in, looked at my bed, and passed out on it.

I'm going to go with Mike was right in saying that I shouldn't have left until 5 and just gone straight in to work from con. Apparently leaving con early is a very, very bad idea and whatever gods may be will smite you for it.

Tequila.

Oh gawd. Tequila killed everyone on saturday night.

Not everyone had tequila. I'm pretty certain it was a mostly-private stash. Vodka and rum seemed to drop the rest of 'em. Then the semi-sobers were free to dance it up to Flogging Molly ^_^

All I got out of it was a scrape on my neck from the seatbelt that looks oddly like a love bite. It amuses me.

After my car stopped, I got to watch one of the deer spasm in front of my car for a moment before it got up and ran away. I'm assuming they were all fine since there was no blood anywhere on my car and they all left, just a nice glob of mucus on one of the back doors. Mhmm.. tasty.

I think you should post pictures of your car as part of your fieldcon experience.

My con story......Chuck scared the piss out of me....I was Interagated for a good hour, or at least that is what it felt like in my state.I had my hair pulled, my finger almost broken, and my arm broken as well.I also know top sercet info which can get me killed if I repeat it.

Chuck, I love you man but DAMN never eat the worm again.

I remember you flipping out about it. It was amusing.

Come on, cut Chuck a break, at least your not dead. ;3
