As the people, what publisher do all of you like best, lets hear it!

Dark Horse.

Ponent Mon, but not for their lack of business sense :P instead what they publish - consistantly high quality manga that would never make it here otherwise...

That's actually pretty tough...I read too many series, and now there a few new favorites. But I think Tokyopop and Dark Horse are pretty good...Viz is...oh for cripes sake, I don't know anymore!
Anyone who, like neilworms said, publish well-done high quality manga!

Dark Horse or Tokyopop

Tokyo Pop and Viz ( some times, and sometimes Viz drives me up the freakin wall)

Probably Tokyopop, but I love Broccoli, because they put out Juvenile Orion

ADV and Tokyo Pop, since I read most by them, anyway. And most of my DVDs are by ADV.

tokyopop or viz.i like both.

Saigado Publishing....Just kidding! Well it's either Kodansha or Shueisha. Kodansha for the win; they publish more stuff that I like

I'd say Tokyopop,Darkhorse,or viz. If I read less manga or didn't like as many genre's maybe I'd be able to pick one.

Broccoli seems to have the highest production values, but they often have so many delays. Dark Horse and Tokyopop generally do a good job, and they publish most of the manga I read. However, I really hate ADV because they keep putting manga that I like on (permanent?) hiatus.

agreed but i also like ADV some of the stuff is really good.

Tokyopop has to be my favorite since they carry most of the CLAMP properties I like and seem to do good in translation. The only thing Im mad at them for is they kept delaying Princess Ai. :angry: Well, at least the final volume is FINALLY out now.

Am I the only one who likes Del Rey? I like how they put translation notes at the end of all of their manga, and how they don't mess with the Japanese sounds effects. For those of you who don't know them, they're the company that translated Holic and Tsubasa: RC.


I also like TokyoPop. I'm not too fond of ViZ at times, however.
