Yup, I want to see what everyone's working on, even i.f it isn't quite done yet. Progress pictures are great and I love seeing them!

Here's the kimono neckband I'm painting for Akito form Fruits Basket's outer kimono:



Keep in mind that's only one coat of paint thus far though... Lucky me gets to do that to about 10 feet of fabric. ><

And here's Haku from Spirited Away who's been done since Ohayocon who I'm wearing to AP as well.



And also maybe Hige for awhile if I can locate my wig since it seems a couple other people might be cosplaying Wolf's Rain characters as well.

Aww, makes me wish my old San costume wasn't in shambles....but unfortunatley the spear got ruined and the dress did too, and the cape was just made from inferior fur :P Wish I did have the time though, if I did I would so remake it, I loved that costume! *sniff*

Here's one of my Omi (Weiss Kreuz) costume. It's 80% done and I'm not dying my hair to brown until Sunday.



I still need to make his head-thingy, buy belts for his shorts, some sort of dart weapons (fake of course), and dye my hair. I still have to make his flowershop outfit and finish up my Sukisyo cosplay and Gakuen Heaven cosplay. I will be cosplaying a secret cosplay as well at AP.

I feel uneasy posting mine becuse I cheated. I am no good at sewing so I just bought it online. I have a naruto character. Allthough I am currently modifying my naota costume. It is made from misc. peices that i bought from different stores. But I have finished my prototype of naotas guitar. it isn't much to look at but it works. I am modifying my boots next.

Oh and my pictures didn't develop very well at all from ohayocon (they are dark). So you might have to wait for animepunch to see my cosplay outfits.

EDIT: ya know I just tinkered with my video camera and I found out I didn't have the backlight on. I am such a noob with this camera.

hehe i JUST remembered that i have a bf...so i have been forgeting to even START his riku coat....oops, well yeah, and I never finished his jin costume, I can't find the swords and i need them so I can paint them and stuff.

Any one know where to find CHEAP swords? will the dollor store have them?

I got mine at Halloween USA. I bought about 10 at halloween to cover the amount of samurai swords/Zanpakto we were going to need for the next year...

I have seen them though at the dollar store. But there was only one when I went, and it was around halloween. Try it though? Or a PartyCity or something?
