I just got off the phone with the Marriott (again).
So I'll repeat this one last time. XD

There ARE rooms available (for both Friday *and* Saturday night) at the Anime Punch rate of 99/night. Both king and double are available.

You have to make sure you *call* the hotel, and *mention* Anime Punch. I'm not sure on the specifics (I'm pretty sure you have to have someone over 18 booking, and have them present? Don't quote me on that), but rooms are there!

So, don't go booking at other hotels! There's no need! :)

As of my reserving a room, only kings were left.

Also, a note. Reserving rooms isn't hard. I called up some 800 number, and told them about anime punch, she told me about room availabilities and gave me Lisa's number.

Called Lisa, booked a room.

I'm only barely sweating.

The various times I've called the Marriott to check on rooms, I've been getting the go-around everytime, so we want to make sure that people get a room here as easily as possible and opposed to the other hotels nearby, especially since there still are rooms in the hotel.

Haha, yeah, it seems like everything you guys do to help people out is clearly a correct course of action.

My guess is that, with the hotel representatives trying to streamline the process that any amount of timidity probably means you won't get what you want.

I had to stop the lady and tell her that I didn't care about whatever new hotel she was talking about, and that she the Columbus Mariott airport was for anime punch.

Certainly not the easiest process in the world. What would be cool is if you guys had some sort of group code that people could use to book online.

We did, but it works even less well.

AND I CANT STAY BECAUSE MY PARENTS ARE GAY AND WONT LET ME STAY THERE!!! so now.... i get to syau with some friends so i don't have to be with my mom! =D

Yeah..My mom is awesome. What's wrong with moms? If it wasn't fr my mom I wouldn't be going to AP. On top of that shes going too. Pre registered, paid the extra 5 bucks and everything.

My mom helped get me into anime. Enough said.
