Artist Check-In Information

The whole process will be pretty informal, but for the artists that frequent the forums, here's what will more or less go down, so you know what to expect.

Artist Alley Check-In will start at the same time as Registration on Friday. Once you've got your badge, come and find me to check in for your table. I'll probably be wearing a gigantic, shiny, purple cloak, so you can't really miss me, as I'll be hanging around the tables for the first few hours of the con, and even after that, I probably wont be too far away.

Just like in elementary school, the Artist Alley has assigned seating. So please don't pick the first table you see after you check in with me!

Kala - Check-in will start at the same time as Registration. So no.

Ray - I essentially just listed the names given to me from the official waitlist. Not all the names listed are the actual handles or studio names that the various tables will use. If it's really important, I'll change it for you, but the list is really just for referential purposes. ^_^

I know you said it's not important, but I assume you got my name from my email XD I have to change it. It's not my real name.

My name is actually Lauren Ladore, instead of Laura Eblan. Long story.

Because I KNOW I'm gonna forget and say my real name, and be SHUNNED.

Also, Sarah Custis and I asked some time back if we could be seated next to one another, I was wondering if that worked out?

What time is registration opening so that I know when I should arrive at the hotel so I can get my badge and set up for AA?

Also, can I request to be near an outlet for laptop/printer useage? Thanks.

Registration officially starts at 2:00, but may be earlier. The layout and table assignments are already set, and I'm not sure of the status/location of electrical outlets near the tables, so I can't guarantee you'll have an outlet handy. If nothing else, pack a couple of extension cords. ^^;

Lalalala, ignore what i put before (I thought it was talking about the tables for 2008. I'm sreoulsy that stupid). I'm a idot and cant think straight nowadays. >.< Forgive my stupidity.

Talking about, you guys need to check the artist address, I sent you an e-mail a month ago. :/

I've been checking the email diligently all year, but I never got any email from you. Granted, for awhile we were switching between email services, so it may have gotten lost during one of those transitions. Please resend it and we'll get stuff figured out. ^_^
