This year im hosting a awesome awesome 2 hour cosplay panel event (date and time TBD!)

So! what would you want to see? Myself and my two other panelist will be going over the following

History of cosplay and when it started to be popular
Cosplay as a definition and catagories
Cosplay drama including Perfectionist cosplayers, highly ranked cosplayers, opinions of other cosplayers, cosplay fu**s, and 4chan **NOTE: EXCLUDED FROM THE PANEL DUE TO...DRAMA!!!** Replaced by cosplay and hentai by request of the con chair
Cosplay tips and general chattering

I hate the whole cosplay F**** website. I think it's mean to make fun of other cosplayers I mean they probally already get bashe don a daily basis what gives anyoen the right to make it worse? But I would love ot coem to your panel it sounds interesting though I will probally leave when Cosplay F**** gets brought up.

I'm curious though, I'm assuming cosplayfucks isn't going to be in a positive light (though, it's pretty hard to put that mess in a positive light, IMHO)? You did group it with drama and 4chan XD

I thought cosplay fucks meant stories about people whose costumes fell apart at embarrassing times or who got injured while trying to build the costumes.

Or a discussion about having sex while cosplaying.

Skip the whole drama section, no need to bring that shit into this con!

No, Cosplayfucks is an annoying group of internet trolls who like to go to conventions and take pictures of folks for the purpose of making fun of them on their forums.

Anyhow, I don't think the panel should focus on ANY aspect of cosplay drama, as AP shall be drama-free (unless I get full). On that note, if you see any drama going down, call me so I can smash it!

also at sugoicon 05 chris ayres hosted a panel about skit fighting, it was quite fun to be strangled by chirs ayres and to get to strangle him back XD

Regarding topics on a cosplay panel...there are so many ways you can go about doing this it's crazy!

First, do you want it to be more of a "Cosplay 101" panel where you discuss various sewing techniques, wig styling, best construction methods, etc?

oooor..you can always take it in the direction of "Conventions 101" where you talk about the basic Dos and Don'ts of cosplay at cons...what to expect..etc.

OR! You can do both! XD! Since your panel is two hours long I bet you could totally squeeze all that in.
I've run similar panels quite a few times so if you need ideas/feedback feel free to IM me. ^_^ I'd be happy to help!
