the newspaper can be so cruel

I saw that too. It doesn't look to much like the standard manga style, but I still enjoyed it.

I doubt that the old people who read the newspaper will even get it.

i caught it when i was reading the paper at work and i bet you all i'm older than most of you. haha

I read the newspaper from time to time but usually I just flip to the comics to see if there is a decent Beetle Bailey.

Newspaper comics have been dead since Gary Larson stopped doing them, end of story. They're not even funny anymore.

I like Foxtrot. Except there's no more dailies, so reading comics isn't as much fun now.

True. Everytime I read Hagar the Horrible a part of me screams "This isn't funny!"

Gary Larson is a God, but there are other comics I like. Fox Trot is good, as is Calvin and Hobbes (though neither are in the Plain Dealer), and I also like the Non Sequitor, Bizarro, Speed Bump, Real Life Adventures, and sometimes Rhymes With Orange.

I read the newspaper at work,-find the stories in the paper interesting- when Im putting them out for the patrons-works at a library, XD its a good way to kill time, and appear as if your working and not goofing off
