Probably; there were actually a surprising number of people I knew from my high school there, considering that there weren't many anime fans in my school.

Excuse my off topicness, but theres a LOT of Anime fans in my school.

Only my friends go to cons, but theres a lot of people who actually I've talked to about cons, and want to go, like badly.

xD Anyway, the main point, is that there are a lot of Anime/remote anime fans [who are restricted to whatevers played on CN, and always think I watch them, and I have to tell them: I don't have CABLE! :00]

Eh well, my high school was full of pompous folks who were more interested in pep club than anything else. A lot of the real anime fans were actually my upperclassmen; and well, ok, there were some that were COMPLETE JACKASSES that I avoided at all cost. XD

At college, there are many more. I'll definately be trying to convince my club to come to AP if they can.
