In "The Country of Nightmares", when he has to perform some magic for the magic test, and he creates a fan to blow up lots of ladies' skirts - cue lots of screaming and a very happy Pigsy :D

hahahahaha, i just re-watched that episode, its great! i dont think i have a SINGLE favourite pigsy moment... everything he does seems to make me laugh!
