any one ever notice how theres always twice as many guests as there are acutal members on the forum at one time i really think the guests should make accounts then just view the forum all willy nilly lol :imp:

guests are nothing but trouble, let them register. might prevent a couple of those bots that have been posting around here.

to fix bots posting you could just have people use the bot protector thing before posting where you use numbers and such to makes sure its not a bot posting

it keeps a few away. that i know. but i dont think invisionfree allows user to upload anti-bot shitzle. its free and hosted by some random company...

Hm, theres a big chance on having some bots there. Mostly Google/LiveSearch/Yahoo bots that keep updating their search engines on forums...
(on another I visit, theres a google bot 24/7)

that doesnt really matter, you can be logged in automaticly. guests are bad on forums. thats a fact.

There should be a number-protection thing on your first login or account activation which does not allow bots to create an account. And then guests should not be able to post (atleast not everywhere, maybe make a guest forum to let em post in)

Do you mostly browse the forum on a public computer? You should be able to get your browser to remember your username and password and automatically log you on.
