the problem is that i don't get the hero gates "so the heroes go out of it" it just stays there gotta be some kinda trigger i think

Do You Mean Hero Gates Or Hero Portals???
If You Mean Hero Gates, It's A "Create Hero Party" Thing,
Than You Will Have To Use Action Points And Triggers.
So There You Are Right.
If It's Hero Portals You Mean....Than,
You Can't Do That. It's Not Possible.
Belive Me I've Tried. I've Looked Into
The Ediotor "exe" File, And There It Is Written,
Just As The World Editor Manual Says,
Chose If The Mercenary Will Come Trough
The Portal Or The Hero Portal.
But There Is No Such Box To Chose In The Editor.
All The Others Are There, Multiplayer Box,
Skirmish Box And So On.
I've Tried To Alter This In The "DK2 Editor.exe" File.
But It Will Not Start At All After This.
I'm Sorry, You'll Have To Stick To Ordinary Portals.

its the hero gate and know the action stuff and hero party but i can't get it to work so it seems that i need a step by step thing

When you do it, you must set up a trigger so when X slabs is claimed in Y area Heroes will congregate in at Z.

Hey...
It's Going To Be A Long Story So Don't Fall To Sleep....
1). Chose The Hero Gate, And Place It Where Yoy Want It.
2). Make An Action Point (Ap) 1. In Front Of It.
Example: If You Chose 3X1 Gate, Make The Ap To Cover Three
Tiles In Front Of The Gate. And A Second Ap 2. Just In The
Middle Of The Hero Gate ( This Will Help With The Coordinates Later).
3). Create A Trigger Of The First Ap, That Says "When Claimed Part Of"
"Greater/Equal To" 3 Slabs, By Keeper 1"
4). Add An Action To This Trigger, Chose Tab "Map",
Chose "Collaps Hero Gate" At, Here You Put The Second
Ap's Coordinates.
5). Now You Must Add An Another Action In The Trigger Above.
This Time You Add A Flag Ex: Set: Flag1 "Equal" Value:1
6). Now Chose You're Hero Party.
7). Right Click On The Root Of You're Map Directory.
Chose "Add Trigger"
" When Level Time Is "Greater/Equal" To Seconds Of
You're Choice.
8). Now Move Ap 2, So It Is Covering The Hero Gate. (3 Tiles).
9). Add An Action To This Trigger, "Party" Tab, "Create Hero Party 1"
At "Ap 2".
10). If You (Later) Claim The Three Tiles, In Front Of The Hero Gate,
You Should Set A Flag, To When "Create Hero Party".
The Flag Will Read: Flag 1 < 1.
Thereby, Stop The Hero Partys From Entering, When
The Hero Gate Has Collapsed.
11). You Can If You Wish, Go Into Each Member Of The
Hero Party And Chose "Objective" Send To Ap 2.
But Then You Must Create Another Or More Ap, To Point
The Direction, Where The Hero Partys Are Going To.
Or Just Leave It To The Default...

I've Tried The Manual, But It Says,
When Hero Gate Collapsed Make Flag 1=0.
This I've Tried, And Belive Me, ALWAYS Make
Flag 1 (<) 1. That Seems To Work Better.
It's the Same With Timer Triggers, Make Them,
Equal/Greater, Instead of (=) To.
Another Example:
When Hero Partys "Incapacitated" = (Lets say 5 members)
Don't Use (=) To, Instead Use "Greater/Equal" To.
Even If The Members Are Exactly 5 Members...
(By The Way, Thanks For The Tip You,
Gived In This Forum About The Time Limit Set To 00 Thing)
(I've Used That In My Map "Spooky")
Otherwise I Started A New Timer, A New Timer And So On..).
