I did some searching but couldn't find anything.
You could always take the image to a print store and have them make you a print of it, like staples or office max or a kinko's...

I doubt those posters have ever been shipped out of Japan, unless local Namco has some. Ebay possibly, but I don't know why any lucky owner would be willing to sell it.
I'm trying to find a good resolution pic, that's a cool picture for any office wall.

which prolly means that that first lucky ones got the poster as a bonus when they bought the game in Japan (not mail-order)

I would say ebay is your best bet, though you may also check local game stores that sell imports. I didn't see anything like it up currently on ebay, although here's another poster that you might be interested in:
