General Board Rules

You MUST be over the age of 13 to join this forum.

The Basics
- No Flaming
- No Excessive Cursing
- No Adult Content
- No Backseat Modding
- No Excessive Use of Smilies
- No Bumping Old Topics *
- No Spamming **

* Bumping Old Topics: Do not bump old topics. Topics over two months are almost always off limits for bumping unless you having something extremely vital to add but if that's the case, you should probably make a new topic then. If you're going to bump a topic that hasn't had any posts in it for a month or so, you better make sure you are adding something extremely relevant, thoughtful, helpful, etc. to the topic and not just a generic response. Excessive bumping of topics might get you suspended or banned.

** Spam Definition: No double or triple posting, etc, unless it's relevant to a topic. IE: You need to bump up a topic saying you posted new art in the first post, etc. However, threads in the Matsuri Tent and Spirit of Fun are exceptions since they are they spam forums. Your post count doesn't go up by posting in those two forums so spam away. Spam games not posted in for over a month get locked so feel free to restart a game if the thread is already closed.

Note: It is the staff's discrestion to not allow usernames with deragatory words, hate, racism, and so on and so forth. If a user's name is questionable at registration, they might be banned outright.

Av's and Sig's
- Also must abide by the rules above.
- Avatar sizes are to be no bigger than 150 pixels by 150 pixels.
- Sig sizes are to be no bigger than 150 pixels in height by 600 pixels in length.

NOTE: Cousins, Second Cousins, Half Cousins, and Rookies are concepts from within each Katamari Game. Katamari Damacy had Cousins, We Love Katamari had second cousins and Me & My Katamari introduced the Rookies. Beautiful Katamari introduced Half Cousins. Posting moves a member up the rank. Cousins are nominated members who have done a lot for the community.

Arcade Rules
- The rules of the board apply to the arcade(IE: no posting nasty comments, etc).
- You must be a Half Cousin or or higher to get access to the arcade.
- Do not sign up for this forum just to play the games. If you do this, you will be banned from the arcade. If you have trophies they will be removed and all scores will be deleted.
- Spamming to reach the Half Cousin rank will also help you get removed from arcade access a lot faster. If it's determined you are only posting to get access to the arcade, you will be banned from the arcade.

The arcade is merely an addition to our community. It is the community that gets to enjoy it, not some random person who intends on taking the trophies away from real members.

Final Notes
- Just because this is a katamari forum, it doesn't mean that only katamari must be discussed. It's just a place for those with a love of a common game to join together in one place to post about the game and other various topics.

Scoreboard Rules

As of right now, the Scoreboard is being run by an honor system. All scores are unverified. If you would like to verfiy a score, you can though it is not yet required to do so.

1. NO cheat devices are allowed.

2. If you are found to be using a cheating device, all of your scores will be taken down off of the scoreboard. And you will be ineligible for future scores on any/all Katamari Damacy games.

3. If a member feels your score is not accurate, a request for proof will be asked.* Members can contest a score, but remember, the same can be done to you and your scores.

* If you strongly feel another users scores are inaccurate, PM vix with the game, score, and user that you want to contest. Vix will then follow the appropriate course of action (contacting the user, etc) and depending on the outcome, the scoreboard will be adjusted.

Remember though, our scoreboards are really more so just for fun. We have yet to have any scores be contested as our members here are trustful of each other. That being said, we also have some of the best katamari players out there posting here so they might be able to spot a fake fairly easily.
