I can see the garden in front of the mansion in just about every level but can't seem to roll it up no matter what I do. What am I doing wrong?

I'll give a look now and see what i can find.

edit: ok, found it. there's one in dynaville that you can pick up. once you reach 12 hear towards the japanese town and out that gate, towards where the amusement park is. once you get to the area where the trojan horses are stuck in the hill, there's a garden in that general area on the ground near the "fun fun park" arch.
