edit: i haven't found them yet and i gotta stop soon but i can play more tonite to look.

edit again: found the sensible guy. he's in seadome up on the hill by all the aquariums in the area you to start in just oer the red railing bridge. there's also one in the same general area, where there's a group photo being taken, he's in the group.
