Children - 1-3-2 - Seadome, walking along the sidewalk around the TV studio. She's wearing a pink striped top and a khaki jumper. She makes laps around the TV studio, but she's easy to find.

well, after looking at her in the collection and not seeing her in the level, i figured it had to be seadome. when in doubt, it's in seadome, lol.
