E3 is almost upon us (ok, it's a month away). I'm not sure how many of you watch the coverage, but if you do what games do you hope are showcased? I"m looking forward to:

i want to see more about the just recently announced castlevania games. one on ds i saw in the newest PLAY mag but want to see in action, and a current console gen one i know nothing about.

haha, your post got very long since i last looked at it :P also the last remnant sounds interesting. a new game from square-enix. it's supposed to be released on the 360 then ps3.

oh yeah, that's another game in interested in. gonna get the ps3 version though, i'll wait however long before it comes out after the 360 version.

I'm really looking forward to Mirror's Edge. It's gonna be a completely new style of playing a game. Other than that, I'll be looking at Fable 2, Left 4 Dead, Resident Evil 5 and hopefully some new Alan Wake and Indiana Jones (for the 360) news.

I remember when E3 was not crap, and full of excitement and wonder and would cause me to stay up to 4 am in the morning to find out what the latest goings on were. :(

yeah, last year was very bland, and even though i watched a lot of coverage it just didn't have the same feel to it.

e3 isn't what it used to be by a long shot. though i think something is going to come along and replace it as dev's are one by one pulling out of e3 altogether.

Final Fantasy XIII is confirmed to be shown at E3... hope this is better than Resistance 2 was supposed to be shown at some other show earlier this year and we got diddly, lol.

there's a new red faction game? i thought i heard that rumor somewhere... hopefully it's better than rf2.

a week from today the event's start. anyone else excited?

i'm looking forward to square enix's press conference as well as sony's and nintendo's (for the ds). also, probably ea, capcom, and konami... so pretty much most of it, lol. i'll probably be keeping up more with gaming news next week than actually gaming.

I'm really hoping for an announcement on Bungie's new game. They seem to be showing off what might be the logo for their new game (it's in my sig). I'm glad it does not look like Halo 4.

it looks like a companion cube holding a plunger :lol. halo wars is supposed to make an appearance at E3. i'm also keeping an eye out for fable 2. i never played the original, but i've heard a lot of good things about it. oddly, i'm looking forward to a lot of microsoft's titles, more than i expected.

i think you can get the first fable from live search but i'm not sure if it's still up as a prize.

i want to hear more about the ffxiii games.

I'm not sure about Halo Wars. Eh. I'll buy it anyway, but I'm worried about the series being overdone. And it's not by Bungie! Oh no! I'm sure it'll be good, at least.
I want to see more about the thing Peter Jackson and Wingnut studios are doing. Halo made in New Zealand? I'll buy it. But then. THEN, that is enough out of that franchise, thank you very much.

I want to hear more about Left 4 Dead. And Prototype. I wonder if there will be anything about Prototype there.
