I just have one quick question here, how do I get the cousin Princess? I need help, please!

The Princess is in a baby carriage that's following two scooters around the Town part of the Instituto Exactamundo level. They take a path that passes by the human towers you can use to get on top of the green building.

yeah, it's dlc.

you can't get all of the cousins, all of the presents or all of the achievements until you get the dlc.
