Ok, I've been rolling like crazy and just realized I only have three items left to collect. They are

Children 4-2-3

Sewing 2-1-4 ( may be DLC, but I don't know)

Guidance 1-3-3 (may be DLC, but I don't know)

the children item you are missing is Mutsuo, he's in hubble.

when you leave the area you start in make a left. head towards the hill that has the dragon costume walking around. mutsuo is in the back, near the wall, standing under the pink sign with white writing, wearing a yellow shirt and green backpack.

Nature Sign - Cloud 9 Forest, up on the camping/golf hill in the city. it's against the mountain (the highest part) behind the elephant and monster truck.

Green Yarn Piece - Lover's Loom, if you start on the platform on the bottom floor, it's right in front of you, the curled up green piece is the one you need.
