Anyways, I've been working on images for zeta for when we upgrade since we likely will be upgrading once they sort out the upgrade issues.

Zeta has online and offline indicators in topics.

See the red and green words? They indicate if the user is online or offline. Ignore the uneven-ness between that and the profile button.

Just the colour of 'on' and 'off'? It looks good. The green stands out against the blue, so you can quickly see whether or not they are on.

Actually, how about putting it in a little curved box, with a different colour than the background, just to make it really stand out (for the on only)? Just a suggestion.

I was trying to make something like that but everything I came up with didn't look right. I'll have to try again tomorrow, see what I can fenagle. :)

Yes, it is simple and the colors can tell you even without looking directly at it.

I took a look at the test board and was browsing around and noticed that these on/off markers appear in the member list as well. Nifty.
