if i remember correctly, you can get up on to the little island and there's some floating boats or logs that you can get on and get it.

i think when i did it, i got big enough to get the present and then went on the island and dashed at it whenever it got close.

it was a lot of trial and error.

After achieving to 80cm mark (I think it's 80cm for the goal, yes?), go up on the two islands that emerge from the water. Go to the island that had the children sitting on it. Wait for the rowboat with the kid in it to go by, it will stop briefly, go in it. Wait as it moves around the islands until it goes by the wooden raft. Go on the wooden raft, and wait for the duck to go by. You can pretty much just roll right onto it.
