Title: Last achievement assistance.

Asch The Hated - January 19, 2008 02:40 AM (GMT)
Okay, I am only down to one last remaining achievement which is 100 Hours Playtime. I really need to know how I am suppose to play that long? What can I do? Do I be in the game or can I just sit and do nothing in Princedom?

I believe you can get away with just leaving the game on but that might end up harming the 360. It's really up to you if you feel like tempting fate and leaving the 360 on with bk on.

If you roll up every planet 10 times, get a score of 100 on every level, try your best to get 100% collection without too much outside help, and then check out the leaderboards and try to move up them, you shouldn't have too much of an issue getting to 100 hours of play time. Shoot for personal bests on a few levels. Work on your rolling technique. Come back to levels you haven't tried in a while after you've gotten better. I've smashed records I thought that I couldn't beat just by practicing new techniques in other levels. Play some more online multiplayer. I remember when I was getting the online achievements it felt like a chore, but I found that I could have a lot of fun with it as long as the people I was playing with weren't total jerks.

And do the fun stuff too! Make all the cousins dance. Ride the train. Turn on the skipping mode in the Princedom and make all the cousins follow you. If you're feeling especially mean, you can have them all stand in front of the train as it passes.

I know with some games I just want to get the achievements and then I'm done with them :) If that describes you, feel free to just sit in an Eternal stage or something. But sorry, I don't know exactly what counts and what doesn't.

Maritimus Rain - January 20, 2008 05:24 AM (GMT)
I guess I should have mentioned that yes, you can sit around in an Eternal stage or just hang out in the Princedom, and that will count toward 100 hours played. If you do plan to just leave the system unattended, I'd advise you to just sit in the Princedom, especially if you use a wireless controller. If the game is paused during a stage, it won't count toward hours played, and if the controller is turned off, the game automatically pauses. This doesn't happen in the Princedom.

it does count if you have a play and charge kit sitting in eternal, btw.

Dear GOD...

I've been trying to get this one for DAYS AND WEEKS now. I got every single other damned achievement. I've left it in Eternal with a play-and-charge kit, I've left it in the Princedom. I've let my XBox run for hours on end, and I've also played through so many of the damned stages I have every planet and satellite and constellation and random thing maxed out at 9 each. Tons of stardust too!

AAAAAAARGH!

Maybe I'll get it tonight.

This one is rather ridiculous, that's all I'll say.

after playing countless hours, i only had to leave it on for a night before i got it. you should get it soon.

vix - June 23, 2008 04:20 AM (GMT)
I still haven't gotten this one yet.

I thought i played for 100 hours already but I guess not. One day I'll get it.

Danteku - June 24, 2008 08:19 AM (GMT)
It's rather ridiculous. I've been counting, on and off, and I swear to god I should have gotten it by now. ...ugh.

This is almost as disappointing as seeing the King's bulge get nerfed. xD

vix - June 24, 2008 07:14 PM (GMT)
