Note: I didn't write up 99% of this information. I've gathered it (as well as sonya) from various posts and topics across the board. Thanks goes out to the members who were able to help out.

This list is going to assume you have the downloadable content. The new items you get with the downloadable content don't get their own collection menu. They simply get melded in to where ever they would normally belong making it hard to differentiate which items were original and which were newly added.
