Title: Hey, I don't feel the cosmos...?

Has anyone else had a problem with the leaderboards working in the cosmos lately? I just gave up trying to access any of them. I know my router is configured right (open NAT, etc.), and I've never had problems with them before. But, for the last two weeks -- "Failed to access leaderboards".

mine has done that once before, but since then it has been normal. i haven't tried in a few days though, so maybe it's been messed up since then.

The leaderboards seem to be notoriously flakey, like Namco has to periodically update the software that runs them or the software is just full of bugs. I've usually found they will start working normally after a few hours. Whether they go back down is a different matter.

It's XBOX Live! If it is working for everyone else, I got myself a bit of a problem, it seems. Maybe Microsoft doesn't like me because I'm too cool?

I feel sorry for the engineers at Microsoft. Hopefully, they'll get it fixed in time to drown memories of their day-job tomorrow night!

FrostyPrusty, you're not alone. Xbox Live has been very suspect the last three days or so for me. While it's like this I almost never can access BK's leaderboards, and often when starting up the system I can't connect to Xbox Live or else it takes a long long time.
But sometime during the day today (New Years Eve) it seems to have gotten its act together. Now Xbox Live is working a lot better again for me.
edit: Oh, the article Vix linked to explains a lot. Guess Live isn't working well for lots of people.

Bah, betrayed! The dudes at Microsoft must have rebooted a server or something. I lost a good 5 rolls of progress suddenly. Is this God telling me to stop rolling this ball and get to work? :-P
