Well folks, BK's been out a few months now and only one new topic popped up in the katatourney forum so now it's time to decide it's fate.

Yes: Keep it

No: Remove it

Removing it means deleting the forum but moving the topics to another one to keep as an archive.

If it's a split vote, I'll keep it. If it's overwhelmingly no, then the only way we'll keep it is if a few of you give me some compelling spiel to keep it. I don't want to have a forum that's never gonna get used but it's up to you guys as to whether or not is stays. I'll keep this open for a while since with the holidays, things will be slow.

When BK comes out over here, I plan on using it to play some games with other members. If you do get rid of it, we could always just use the BK chat forum.

I never knew what it was really for... was it for tournaments?

I think it's a good idea. I mean, the only tournament posted on there for BK is legit two person coop, something I can't really pull off since no one else I know plays or owns the game, but if people were thinking of ideas for tournaments, I think it could be fun.

Of course, if you think about it another way, there already is a massive tournament going on in BK: Who can roll the most times on Schloss Kosmos and move up the Everybody's Katamari leaderboard? The other leaderboards provide a lot of distraction too. Someone just needs to come up with a good concept or two. Stealing an idea from previous tournaments, you could go with "Finish Fancy & Schmancy's with the fewest number of items possible" or "Finish Roller Roaster with the highest time".

Maybe the forum just needs a new name. I didn't remember which one it was it took me a little bit to find it after reading this thread. I dunno.

I was actually thinking of using it soon, so at least let it stay a bit longer.

Anyone can start tourneys at any time, doesn't have to be me or a mod.

Perhaps a tourney at who can roll the most katamari's? (or maybe that's something to add to the scoreboard, heh)

I feel like we should keep it! It'll give me something to do in the summer after I've beaten BK.

If anyone starts a tourney, I'm sure willing to participate.

I voted "remove it" :( just because so far it's not being used at all.

The thing is, if people want to keep it, they should use it. I put up a poll like this a while back and everyone said to keep it but it only got used once since then. It just seems like a waste at the moment.

I think that just because it's not being used now is no reason to remove it. That way it would never be used! I don't see any harm in keeping it.

i have no problem either way, because i haven't personally used the forum at all. why don't you wait a month or two and if there aren't a certain amount of tourneys started (if any) then take it off? you could have a topic how you have rollers gamertags stickied in each of the game forums, or something like that.
