my soundtrack just got to me from japan.

i am just popping it in now, but have a class starting in 9 minutes...
no time to rock out!

i am skimming through. it has most of the instrumental background tracks.
it DOES have the songs i wanted! :) yay!

i am jamming my IM@S ALL STARS song now. omg if my second graders came in they would be so confused by this song! :lol

yea man! i knew it had two of them, but was not sure of the all star one, the whole cd, titles, lyrics, etc is all written in japanese so i didnt know until i played it.
i ordered it the day it showed up on amazon, but it was a slow (cheap) ship from japan. i didnt want to pay like 12 bux to get it here in 2 days. 2 weeks for 2.98 is better! :)

Hitomi Ishikawa has such a nice singing voice...though I dont care for alot of the song styles she sings...the one on the Katamari Soundtrack is good though.

With Best of ichigoichie and a single she has on the tatsunoko pro zenshu are about my 2 favs from her.

Loads of goodies on the Katamari cd though :thumbsup

I love the soundtrack, but one thing still bothers me. It's the awkward piano sections of Guru Guru Gravity. They just sound so....bad to me

yea i CAN scan them. there is one page for each song... thats a lot of pages, but i can do if you really want to see it.
i left it in the car but will grab it while on bus duty later.

i am cool with piano parts of guru. is it the echo parts that you dislike? they are awkward perhaps.

i played the cd here on my school computer yesterday a bunch = sounds horrible.
then i played it driving home in my suv = sounds good and made me smile.
then i played it in my pc at home = sounded really good! made me dance in my office! for real! (picture me dancing! :lol )
then i played it driving in today in my rx8 = OMG!!! HEAVEN! i had it playing extremely loud and bassy. "Danketsu" at 110 db made me want to drive at three times the speed limit! that song pumps me up! :doh :lol

Danketsu, one of the voices reminds me of Ling Ling in drawn together so much! listen for it.

Thanks! I suppose it is the echos that bugs me. It sounds like the sound cuts sometimes. What I mean is, it sounds a little unnatural for a piano.

Hmm...I swear at the end of Sayonara Rolling Star they say You are my Lonely Star. Oh well.

I love that text on the back, ROFL. It reads "Suteki" which roughly means fashionable or stylish. LOL, gotta love the Japanese.
