Well this morning after checking the mail I had a small bubble pack in there...and low and behold....M&MK was in there!

First thing I have to mention is the controls...holy cow are they difficult, I'm sure it will grow on me, but wow...having to press buttons in addition to moving the sitck or d-pad...BK has spoiled me for control.

Cant wait for KD and WLK to show up. :D

The other thing I have to mention...the degree of content, getting to move around for island to island, very cool. Glad I got a PSP for this...and Loco Roco.

oh yeah, the controls are totally different and take a bit to get used to. you venture to the cousin island yet? try to take a pic underwater...:lol

i'm hoping to get mmk for christmas or my birthday, otherwise i'm getting it for myself.

I went to the cousin island to change to June so I could go back to the tutorial level and get prince...I'll try taking a pic next time. :)

make sure you use the in-game camera, you know the equipped present. i forgot to mention that. :D

OK this is gonna sound dumb...how exactly do I use the in game camera...lol.

I managed to open it once, but dont know how I did it, when I get to the cousin island, and go under water nothing I press opens the camera. (I dont have a instruction book either which sucks)

On a side note, I'm really getting the hang of the controls, they just took some getting used to. :thumbsup

i don't remember how to use it. sorry. the king scolds you if you try to take a pic underwater.

from the manual:

press X while in Prince Look or Royal Look to enter Photo Mode. X takes a photo, O takes you back, /\ enlarges or reduces photo. You can save three at a time.

It seems like the King rewarded you with the ability to use the camera while outside of levels after completing the final stage.

I'm glad you got the hang of the controls :D Some people never do.

MMK was my first katamari game so I was fine with the controls, but when I got KD and WLK I had to get use to the controls but that was pretty easy to do. Small question, why did you order the game online? MMK is still in every gamestop known to man, its only a year old. And buying it from a store would be cheaper than buying it online. I'm not trying to be mean, offensive, etc. I just want to know why you did not buy it from a store.

just to let you know, it's a rare thing for me to see me & my katamari at my local gamestop. i saw it yesterday, but i refrained from buying it due to the fact that it's so close to christmas... almost, though.

I haven't seen MMK in game stores around here for a while. KD or WLK. And it's even rare that I see BK in stores in some places.

i usually see kd, but wlk i had to travel all across the city to find, but the people were nice and it was worth it :) and if i'm not mistaken i think psikorps said they were from a little place in canada where the games aren't readily available, but i could be confusing this with another user, it happens.

I live in the back woods of Canada, out here while we do have a EB/Gamestop there are so few people bringing in used copies of anything the preplayed selection sucks all the time, I think there may be 20-30 gamers within a a 100 miles radius of where I live.

I searched high and low...and everywhere in between and was left with only one option...online.

But it worked and I have it now and really like it so its all good. :thumbsup
