I have been compiling a list of things in certain levels which are essential to a high score. The following are a list of the items that give blue flowers (points) and gold flowers (lots of points). So far, I only have Lady Luck completed. I bolded my comments since a few are a little confusing to distinguish.

Wow, you've got that stage down to a science. This list looks helpful.

I was a little PO'ed that poker chips do not count as rich (but sea urchins do?), so I decided to make a list of stuff for people to see what they can and cannot score on in a stage. Without it, I would have never guessed a beetle fight would be "rich".
Naturally, it's not complete since it's only from a single play of Eternal mode from start to end, so I may have missed an item or two.

Nice job, I'm sure theres alot of people who will find this helpful. (Water Mellons count as Fruit/Plant/Ocean/Drink...lol)

Oasis Cafe
Try making a beeline toward the upper shelf where the "sushi monster" is running around when you start out. There are a lot of coffee milk packets up there that are hard to roll up when you get bigger.
This is also one of the easier levels to get 120 points with. There are a lot of Drinks laying around, and virtually all fruits and vegetables count toward this score. Just get over 85m and roll up everything in sight.
