are there any sort of "speed rewards" this time? any comets? meteors? something new?

i have meteors flying in my space. i think just from my speed runs?
you can still right the shoulder buttons and make them fly by too.
but i do not know if they were unlocked by any great times! my times are not good at all.

By pressing buttons in the cosmos I got meteors to fly when I had only completed one or two stages. I think they're just automatically there.

The time to complete the goal is shown briefly after completing stages on normal mode, but I think that's it. The time doesn't seem to record anywhere, and I haven't seen any kind of reward. I am not sure but I don't think the time even goes into the 0-120 score.
