I enabled this feature for all member groups, not sure why i had it off to begin with but all member groups can upload a photo, either personal or not, doesn't matter, to their profile via your control panel. 500kb max in size and 250x250 max in size. All i ask is that the photos be suitable for the board as per the usual rules. :) You must be a Second Cousin or higher.
