I know, I'm well aware of that. When you register, you have the choice to pick if you are above 13 or not. Sure, people can easily lie. It's by far from being a fool proof system. It's just part of InvisionFree's rules and I believe it may be a US law as well as to not allow under 13 onto a site like a forum without a "permission" slip but again, it's not a fool proof system.
