I have already played both games on the ps2 and the only one I didn't play so far is MMK. So my question is: Is it worth spending 200 dolars just for this game? I was thinking on buying it but I'm not sure.
I need some help with my decision.

I have ONLY played MMK, it rocks and much more of the same rolling style action (so I hear) but as I am in the UK I will only be able to play on one of the others :(

I bought my psp for this game, and it was kind of a disapointment because of the absorbtion glitch, but it was overall a good game. I would reccomend you get some other games for your psp too, so you can't get bored after acomplishing everything in the game. This has happened to me, and although I have locoroco, I have finished that one and have gotten bored of it too. (It's time for me to get a new game. :heh ) It does have good replayability like all the katamari games before it, because I've been tempted to play it over again and have that good experience all over again. Which I will do in time. I've also been thinking about playing WLK all over again in co-op mode with my brother sometime. :D

Overall I give this game a 8 out of 10. :smirk

I too bought a psp just for this game(at the time), and i did like it. To me, it was a decent game but it just didn't live up to the other two.

If you have the money to spend AND there are other games on the psp you will want at some point, then go for it.

I'll start to save some money to buy it, but I think I won't have only MMK for the PSP. There are some other interesting games I'd like to play, like LocoRoco, MGS portable OPS, the upcoming GOW chains of olympus, burnout legends...
Do you know any other good games for the PSP?

in my opinion not not worth it just for 1 game but there are lots of decent games for psp out now.
some id reccomend are
GTA LCS, GTA VCS, tony hawks underground 2,lumines 1 and 2,everybodys golf, crush,
medal of honor online is good
there are also some good retro collections like sega, capcom and metal slug anthology
i enjoyed marvel ultimate alliance and virtua tennis 3

ive also heard good things about infected, valkryie profile and gripshift but they arent really my kinda thing

Lumines is awesome. The great thing about the psp is that it's region free so you can play imported games. Like, currently I'm playing Bleach Heat the Soul 4 and it's a Japanese import.

Adventure player looks like fun, you probably can make another game every time you get bored. :) Link

Ok, I think I got the money, but I'm waiting for the PSP slim to be released! Anyone knows when it'll be released? I heard it'll be in September, but I don't know the day...

lol the psp slim isnt worth it just buy the psp. i havent even heard of the psp slim. sounds more expensive :bleh

if you haven't heard of it, how do you know it's not worth it?

as far as what you want goes, do you want the video out? shorter battery life, and lighter weight? if so, get the slim. if you can deal with the extra weight, then go with the regular one. i think they're they same price but i'm not positive.

Ugh... I don't really like the PSP, I had to have it when it had the great price drop. I was devestated when I got it, it has short battery life, and no scurity I never go on to the internet with it, In my opinion the PSP isn't all that great... :(

The game is nice and will provide a few houurs playtime but it is definately not as PWNsome as WLK and KD. Only buy I f you want other PSP games too may I suggest Lumines :howyoudoin

it seems the bundles vary between 169 and 199. basically, shop around. sometimes you can find them on sale, etc.

well, it's good for movies and music on the go... also, it can remotely connect to the ps3, and in the future it will be able to remotely connect and play ps3 games anywhere... i still haven't figured it out with the lack of quite a few buttons and an analog stick, but i'll be happy when the feature is available.

people hack them all the time, play snes games on it, ffvii, all sorts of things.
