This is completely stupid, this item's probably a normal gameplay roll but I just can't seem to get it. Located in Urchin Town, roll size is 4m79cm1mm.
Anyone happen to know an exact stage or can someone take a snapshot?
The horizontal bar is the bar that you see kids spinning around on or hanging from in the school yard. I forget which exactly level but I believe almost any that features the world should have it.
I took a pic of it with my cell phone, crappy quality but if you need it, i can post it.

How misleading, so it's those chin up bars then. I've been trying to roll up the guard rails thinking the bar was some type of guard rail. I always roll these up too, I guess I end up bumping them off all the time since I get lazy around the school yard.
