I beleve you need to fax the permission slip to vix. I'm not entirely sure about that though.

You need parental consent to join if you are under 13. Ever since we had kid steal everything on the board, I've made it so you have to be 13. Granted, there's no real way for me to verify it if you join and just don't say anything, etc.
