Which are you better at or do you like to focus on when going for records?

Me, I'l like size better than speed. Speed always trips me up but size I'm pretty decent at...if I don't compare my scores to here, :lol

I usually focus on speed now. If I don't beat my time record, I just quit out and save the stardust.

I always go for speed, and if I get a fast enough time, I can have time for a larger katamari.

I've been doing more speed recently, but I like size too.

I have no idea how you guys get such fast runs, I just can't seem to do it. I think I'm gonna stick with size for now. :lol

I'd like to vid capture some of my runs, but I don't know where I would host them.

you could always buy space. i use 250free for a website and hosting pics...i have a platinum account but that's no where near close to hosting videos...

there's tons of places on the next that offer hosting, just make sure you read into it before you choose one.

I lack funds :( If I find something I'll let you guys know though.

By the board's standards, I'm really terrible at scoring decent times. The comets alone were such a pain for me to collect on some levels. However, I completely respect the speedsters here and wish that I had the dexterity and forethought to execute those kinds of runs.

Really the main thing that drives me back to a level is the collection factor, though (I still have yet to find 27 named items).

I collected all the presents and items and did the constellations before I started going for speed records. You just have to play over & over and looking at those snapdragon videos helps.

I tend to go for speed, but I'm a bit limited, because my controller is very elderly, and only responds to left turns about 25% of the time. It also sometimes seems to get "stuck" going right, so the katamari gets way off course.

I plan for these glitches, though, and although I've not posted all my times yet, my best ones are generally within the top 5-6 on the scoreboards here. One of these days, I'm going to pick up a new controller, master the Charge-and-roll, and smoke the lot of you! ;-)

I chose Jack Of All Trades, but mostly just because I don't have a preference. I like doing both, but I don't think I'm better at one or the other.

i go for size! its fun because u get to roll up EVERYTHING :D

I definitely like going for size. rolling up everything is a blast.

I like both, it's fun to get big, and i'm pretty good at going fast. (After lots of practice :heh )
