Ok, I had to load the game up to check...

Prefab office a little blue building that is in the area where the large city normally is, the four roads that intersect on the giant concrete platform.

The teahouse, I'm not too sure on, I couldn't refind but I remember it being somewhere near the mountain, I think. I'll keep looking though. :)

Actually is one of my favorite stages :)

Its quite fun trying to know where cows and bears are and then trying to avoid them without losing speed in the process :)
