Found it on gameFaq. I'm blaming any lack of 'having a clue' on an eight week old baby and a 7yo who pesters me constantly while on the computer.

I tweaked the layout a bit, maybe it'll be more noticeable now. :)

Yup, you can find a lot of those items either in the FAQs on GameFAQs or in the Katamari Database in one of the forums here (near the top of the homepage). But if you still need help you can sure post here; I am probably not the only one who enjoys looking up katamari items :)
Jumbo Beef Patty - The "Big Man" up in the highest part of Sumo Large is holding it.
Faucet - either School stage - out in the hallway there are sinks, roll up on top of them.
Garbage Dump - Campfire Large - It's behind all the tents, and it's got garbage bags in it. You've got to be over 6 meters.
Outdoor Sink - Campfire Large - There is a little building thingy you can enter very near where Campfire Small starts. In Campfire Large, reach about 4m50cm and then squeeze in there. (I might be wrong, the outdoor sink might be somewhere else in Campfire Large :S )
the sweets - keep starting over in Sweets Meadow until some of the pieces of candy are named in rainbow letters.
