Title: It seems to be only a question of luck
Description: Getting to 3635meters in ALAP5

I tried this level many times, and once I got 3634m 87cm 1mm, but I never did better. I tried a lot of strategies, but they seem to have the same destiny: 3633meters. Never more. I don't know if I have to pick up some objects before others, but it looks like a question of lucky getting to 3635meters. Do you have some tips to improve my record? Or, as I said, maybe lucky is the key? :(

Picking up certain items at certain sizes is key. :brucelee

And which objects, do you know?
I usually pick up all the clouds after the 3000 meters have passed.

All I know is the strategy that worked in Katamari Damacy - once you reach a certain size picking up smaller things that would otherwise disappear soon. But truth is I have had no luck getting that to work in We Love Katamari.
So I really don't know.

Ostensibly there's no rhyme or reason why you reach the specific size that you do, not only in this level but in the other ALAPs. I've tried different strategies too, but there isn't a consistent, observable pattern. All I can figure is that because objects in the game have relative value, when all the numbers are crunched, the equation somehow works to your advantage in certain scenarios. But try repeating a succesful run, and more often than not you'll be disappointed. This is a wordy way of saying I have no idea.

for WLK is it possible to pick up EVERYTHING on the screen (after the last size change) as it was in the final level in KD?
ive only gone through it less than 10 times but none of the times i got anywhere close to picking up everything, highest i got was 36xx (probably 10-20)

I believe so, yes...though I haven't done it myself yet.
