Hi Everyone. I'm new here and pretty new to WLK. Anyway, I've been trying to roll up the king and I just can't get there. Does it matter which cousin you use? I've read that it doesn't matter, but it seems that some cousins are slower than others. Also, do the presents matter?

All the cousins are the same speed. Presents don't enable any powers or anything like that(other than the camera that lets you take pictures).

I don't think having them be different would be good because then everyone would play as the same cousin just for his or her attributes.

To have enough time to roll up the king, make sure you pay attention to the numbers in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. It's helpful to memorize five or ten "goal-numbers" -- indicators that you're big enough to roll up certain things and/or move on to the next area.

THANKS! now i won't waste anymore time trying out different cousins...hehe. it's just weird because i got to around 1000m with :dipp and then tried it again with :beyond and barely got past 500m! maybe my fingers were tired :)

i've done things like that but it has nothing to do with the cousin(as much as we'd like to blame it on them, lol).

most people in wlk like to play as their favorite cousins(which wouldn't work as easily if they had different attributes).

one time, my friend said that :beyond (Beyond) was better than the other cousins, but i think he said he was joking afterwards... :lol

i once played as beyond.** and he's a cute cousin (to me) but not anymore. :beyond

:woot Beyond is one of my favorites. But yup, I bet your friend was just making fun of him, which a lot of people do.
