Well, you get first after beating a game, and second once beating the Cousin Collecting stage.

i also need help on getting cousins. i have 22.

check gamefaqs or tell us specificly which ones you have or do not have...

what cousin level?

you collect all cousins as fast as you can after you have collected all the cousins and second cousins.

the collect the cousins level can be found by going and talking to mustuo on the select meadow...you need to have found all the cousins before you can actually play the level...then after you play it you get the second cutscene.

oh. so,i have about 66% now.

:kuro is in alap/afap3 jumping hurdles in the school area.
:nutsuo is in alap/afap 5 riding a loch ness monster in the area near france and niagra falls.
:ace you have to have ace...
:havana is in alap/afap 2 sitting outside on a picnic area
:honey is in one of the sweets stages...
:lalala is in the snowman level near a large umbrella.
:marny is in underwater riding a mantaray...
:odeon is in save the pandas under a tent near the front of the would be school area.
:peso is in saturn 2m. He is is the storage closet across from the bathroom stalls.
:macho is in alap/afap 1 riding a crab of some sort.
:miki i think is waiting in line at a palmistry table in stage 4 alap
:kinoko is in one of the fire stagesdancing around a campfire near the cabin.
:drooby is in alap/afap 5 in the desert area drilling in an oasis. Don't get too big or she'll disappear.
:june is in the cloud stage i think jumproping...
