Shop Curtain - Kitchen
Roach Hotel - Kitchen
Name Plate - Entry Hall
Cream Puff Ad - N. Pigeon Street
Fridge - Dove Lake

Off the top of my head, the name plate can be found on MAS 4, it's on one of the cement pillars outside of the home, if you get too big it will disappear, you may need to climb up the wall to snag it.

Hopefully some more folk will pass on through to help.

Roach Hotel - Kitchen You can find this one in a lot of places. I know it is in the closet in some levels. Just look around for it some.

Cream Puff Ad - N. Pigeon Street It is on the side of the shop/stall thing on eternal 2 I believe.

Shop curtain is blue and in MAS4. Get big, then climb from the kid's room onto the table. But don't spend too much time up there because you can get badly stuck if you are very big.

Is Fridge in the middle of the lake in Pisces? :no :yes I'll check to make sure.

edit: :yes Fridge is in Pisces. Roach Hotel can be found along a wall in the kitchen in MAS4.
