I have four items left to get for 100%: Local Police Sign, Holy Cow, Kotatsu, and School Sign. There's already a guide for the HC so I don't need help with that, but where can I get the other three?

The kotatsu, I believe there's one on MAS 7 in the mini forest area that you can grab.

As for the Police Sign, I forget offhand.

Local Police Sign is wooden and narrow, with five kanji reading from top to bottom. It is a 70cm pickup. The game says N. Pigeon Street.

It intrigues me; I don't remember ever seeing that item. So I'm gonna go look for it myself :) but you might find it before me.

edit: Found it :) In Make A Star 8 stay around the first area well past 45cm. Two police signs are being used as a ramp up a stairway that leads to cops and handcuffs.

Ooooohhh, it's the sign with the blue characters, right? It appears in the town levels in N. Pigeon Street as a ramp you can go up stairs with before you get big. I'll have to go get myself one now!

That's the one. It is a police sign, and at the top of the stairs there are a bunch of police :D

And good luck getting the holy cow, that's a tough one.
