1.first thing u need to do is use the clone tool or just simpley cut it out

i like to use the clone tool its pretty much the same thing as just cuting out the bikini with the lasso tool, just u skip a step.
find a nice spot to use the clone tool and press alt and click...then draw over the
bikini like this(change brush size and zoom in to get the thin parts)

keep doing that untill u get something like this(dont worry not done yet)

2.than what your going to do is use blur tool & healing brush to fix spots that are to dark or to light(mess around with the strenth of the blur tool )......also try to use the dodge and burn tool to make it look as real as posible

after u get it lookin half way real your gonna wanna zoom in real close and make the skin tones the same

here was my final image

it really does take alot of patience, if u found it hard just try a difrent picture this pic is actully pretty difficult

Post what u think of the tut and what i can improve(it was my first)

It is a nice tutorial and here is what i did
user posted image
also removed bottom, changed eyecolor and added lipstick
i did'nt use blur. It looked weird when you zoom, instead i used first clone and then healing brush tools(source points as near as possible).
eyecolor=select eyes choose a pure color, select color replacement 30 tolerance and paint
lipstick=select lips, change to red channel, increase contrast.
