Name of Item:

A pic of the item and an icon

Icon must be NO BIGGER then 30x30 pixels
Large Pic must be NO BIGGER then 100x100 pixels and it must be a square

All items must be FMA related.

For each item you submit, you will recieve 5000 cens.

It is suggested that the item is in .gif format but not required

If you are suggesting a weapon, use this form instead.
