Envy is definetly one of my favorites, because he reminds me of myself... :huh: (Don't ask why, he just kinda does...) I like Ed too (duh) and Gluttony because he's "odd" and also reminds me of myself in that I'm always hungry... (Darn my fast metabolism. <_< )

But overall, my favorite would have to be Roy. Mostly because he kicks butt, but he's really nice at the same time.

Yes, not to mention that Roy is a complete manwhore...but that's ok..that's why I like him too. XD
