No, I've never seen an Al costume on Ebay, but there were some Edward ones for about $50.

I have no clue what to make an Al costume out of...if you were to make it out of metal liket it really is..it would be rather difficult and not to mention uncomfortable and hot. But if you were going to make a human bodied Al, then I suggest going to Walmart and look for the fabrics and supplies they have there.

I think it would be easier to make the costume from a sort of silver plastic... you could make it as tall as it should be and then wherever the girls head is you could make a seeing area out of silver mesh... would that work? b/c you should make it as tall as the suit of armor and make the shoulders big... I mean.. then you could keep the top half stable with wooden planks mounted on her shoulders or something... and well... either that or she could walk on stilts... unless she just IS that tall... but I'm starting to ramble... <_<
