Yes he is x] As for Wrath, I liked him alot... BEFORE he became a psycho maniac like Envy.

Yeah, after Envy meets Wrath, Wrath turns into a sort of Envy clone... I mean, he starts copying Envy's unique "fashion sense", his cruelty, his pointy hair (oh wait, Wrath's hair was always pointy- never mind) and his evil smile. Man, that smile is creepy. A perfect example is in the "Rewrite" opening when it zooms in on Envy's face and he grins- freaky.
But that's part of the reason why I like Envy: because he's freaky. Like me! :D

I think Wrath is oookay, he is very cute, but when I first saw him in the show, I thought he was a girl! XD
But I agree with the Lightning Alchemist, after Wrath turns evil, he sort of does turns into an Envy clone.
