Title: Update/Fixer Topic
xGhostx - October 12, 2006 09:38 PM (GMT)
Ok. I want to compile a list of things that need to be done around here, and suggestions to things that make this site better..
Discuss and bring fourth ideas and I will put them into motion.
I think we should make the rp section slightly bigger so you can see more than one open or new topic at a time..
We do need more active people so many we can come up with a system of refferals and awards or something I dunno, I need opinions on things..
So, just help me compile a list of to-do things and ideas on how to make it better/cooler and bring in more members
xDD >> I'mmmm an admin nooooooww~~~

Okay well make your area of old RP stories and old stuff, basically anythign that hasn't been written on for over a month or two.
Mabye if possible start a brand new RP storyline and conclude the current one with one big event. (Sort of like a season finale lol) Just a sugesstion, it could let the newer members of the forum join in and let the older more experianced members guide them thru.
Umm more team compititions.
Deltete anyone who hasnt posted on this site for over 4 months or anyone with no posts at all.

I never got why people deleted inactive members..>> what if they come back or something? XD explain this to me please..
And as for changing the RP storyline, it has been said several times that it is wished to be kept the same, for it is good.
Team compitions in the past have only really caused a division and little cliques..But we'll see
And we do sort out dead roleplays, they go in the "finished RP" section..

Deletion of spam accounts that have 0 - 5 posts usually. Also, when you delete members , their posts go away. So deleting the Teach would be a bad idea.

You are Really biting at my nerve. First off >>;; The RP area is still under my influence. Just cuz he's an admin doesn't mean I have no power either >>;;.
Also your not the first to start a new story line, We've been planning that for a while. I just don't want to ruin what the Teach started.
Also, some people haven't been on for ok 4 months, but that doesn't mean their completely inactive. They pop up sooner or later.

What I'd like to point out. The RP board was intended and has remained to the best of our ability SEPERATE from the actual forum. Prove yourself as a Roleplayer then talk to us about it. Although I'm wonder what, beyond personal preferance, makes the old rp story so...disdained? Considering that...technically we would be following the same patterns, the heretics would be in the history books, etc etc etc They would have to be

AHHHHHHH not again. I said suggestions!!!!!!!
As for the old Rp area apperenlty i keep missing it lol
Deleting the old accounts umm just clears up space. That way people can find others easier if they want to PM them rather then searching thru dozens of pages of inactive members or searching for something they posted (It helps whne people spell names weird or with different symbols and stuff)
Actually unless you found a way to mess with the invisionfree forums when you delete a member their posts stay it just says unregisters where their name would be. And i suggested only deleting the people who never come back anymore not the people who said theyd be back or the people who are taking vacations.
As for crazy, its not the first time ive heard that lol :) And yes people might jsut pop up at random, but not all of them come back either.

Look in the RP board. There is a section titled "Old /Finished Roleplays" , and on my board it clears after that account has been deleted.

I voted against deleting old inactive members because it makes the forum look worse.. as a high member count makes visitors think this forum is good. And about deleting a member, their posts do NOT go bye-bye.

Speaking from experience on my forum, probably just a preference change I have on there.
